Regular Lines Standard Font License Agreement
1 – Introduction
This Font License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee") and Regular Lines ("Licensor") for the use of fonts owned and distributed by Regular Lines ("Fonts"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Regular Lines Fonts, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2 – Grant of License
Upon purchasing a license, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the Fonts as specified in this Agreement. The scope of use is determined by the size of the Licensee's company, measured by the number of its employees.
3 – License Tiers
Licenses are categorized based on the total number of employees within the Licensee's organization:
– **Small Company License**: 1-10 employees
– **Medium Company License**: 11-50 employees
– **Large Company License**: 51-200 employees
– **Enterprise License**: 201+ employees
Each tier allows the Licensee to install and use the Fonts on a limited number of devices, as follows:
– Small Company License: Up to 5 devices
– Medium Company License: Up to 25 devices
– Large Company License: Up to 100 devices
– Enterprise License: Unlimited devices within the organization
4 – Permitted Uses
The Licensee may use the Fonts for:
– Commercial and personal projects
– Print, digital, and web media
– Logos, branding, and product packaging
– Advertising, marketing, and promotional materials
– Software and app interfaces
5 – Restrictions
The Licensee is prohibited from:
– Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Fonts to third parties
– Modifying, adapting, or reverse-engineering the Fonts
– Embedding the Fonts in any software, hardware, or digital product intended for resale without prior written consent from the Licensor
– Using the Fonts in any manner not expressly permitted by this Agreement
6 – Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Fonts are the intellectual property of Regular Lines and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee ownership of the Fonts, only the right to use them in accordance with this Agreement.
7 – Trial Fonts
Regular Lines allows designers and design agencies to download and use trial versions of the Fonts free of charge. These trial fonts may be used solely for testing, presentations, proposals, or pitches to clients or end customers. Any commercial use of trial fonts is strictly prohibited.
8 – Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Fonts and destroy all copies in their possession.
9 – Liability and Warranty
The Fonts are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the Fonts.
10 – Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11 – Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensee and the Licensor regarding the use of the Fonts and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
By purchasing, downloading, or using Regular Lines Fonts, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1 – This is an agreement between you, the user, and Regular Lines Type Foundry. In accepting the terms of this agreement, you acknowledge understanding and promise to comply with its terms. If you do not accept the terms, you can not download or use the Regular Lines’s Type Foundry fonts.
2 – By agreeing to this agreement you receive the license to use the digital typeface software on a number of computers within your organization; you are not receiving the copyright to the design or the ownership of the fonts, but the rights to use the fonts on your computers. This agreement is valid for an unlimited period of time unless either party terminates it as stipulated under (6).
3 – One desktop license allows you to use the fonts on a maximum of 3 (CPU) a number of computers within your organization.
4 – You can make archival copies of the fonts for your own purposes. You will not distribute the fonts to any person outside of your organization. The fonts must not be embedded in other software files, such as Flash files, sIFR, and Cufon, except for embedding in Portable Document Format (PDF). You will take all reasonable care to embed the fonts in such a way that they cannot be extracted from the files you create. Embedding the fonts on a website with @font-face is not allowed under this license.
5 – You may not modify the fonts for your own purposes. You may not commission a third party to modify the fonts. You may not distribute, sell or give away any versions of the fonts.
6 – We have done everything we can to produce our fonts to the highest and most up-to-date technical standards, and we test the fonts in the latest versions of several technically-compliant applications. If you do experience any difficulties with our fonts, we will do everything that we can to work with you to resolve any issues. Regular Lines Type Foundry does not take on any liability in this transaction. You are using the fonts on your own risk.
7 – We grant the rights of our fonts to you in good faith, and request that you promise to adhere to the terms of this agreement to the best of your ability, and in good faith.
8 – The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Czech law. Place of performance is Prague, Czech Republic. The courts of Prague, Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction.
